Our refund policy is governed by the institutional regulations of PSP Medical College Hospital and Research Institute and the guidelines provided by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the respective University.
Fees once paid for admission are generally non-refundable. However, in cases where a candidate withdraws their admission before the cut-off date specified by the regulatory authorities, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges as per the prevailing norms.
Clinical diagnostic and outpatient service fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. In cases of advanced clinical deposits for inpatient care, refunds for unutilized amounts will be processed upon discharge after the final billing cycle.
Application and registration fees for admissions, recruitment, or academic seminars are strictly non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Institutional Accounts Department. Approved refunds will be processed via electronic bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) to the original source account within 15-20 working days.
